If you do not have an account, please contact your school AdminPlus administrator or Central to get an account.
If you already have an account, please contact your school AdminPlus administrator and have the course sections (classes) assigned to you.
For elementary schools, if attendance is entered in any gradebook besides the Homeroom gradebook, the attendance records cannot be submitted into AdminPlus (even if the Submit button is pushed).
Although you entered the grades in the correct gradebook, column, or student, if the marking period is not the correct marking period, the grades will "disappear."
Transfers should be done by the central office because we want to keep the unique ID of the student or teacher within the system. If you are the receiving school, please do not create a new record for the student or teacher as this will create duplicate records.
They have been marked as Inactive in the system.
Create a (single) GradeBook, labeled "Grades 1 and 2" for example, and assign the teacher and the students from both grades to that GradeBook. The students should still be assigned to the appropriate grade level.
(Scenario: you added a new student/staff and assigned their course section (classes) in AdminPlus, but they are not showing up in PlusPortal.) Check that the "Auto Send to TeacherPlus and PlusPortal" setting is set to "Yes." More information is provided in the Standard Operating Procedures under "Configuration Settings."

The #16 Report Card ("#16RC") is a custom report card template that was created by Rediker. Each school should have been provided with the #16RC template by Rediker or Central. Actually, someone at each school was provided the template. Each (report card) AdminPlus user in each school must be assigned #16RC the template before they can use, i.e., the #16RC is not available to anyone who has AdminPlus access. Therefore, in order to be able to see/use #16RC, it needs to be copied over to your Rediker account by someone in Central or by someone in your school that has #16RC. Please reach out to Central and ask them to login to your school and copy the #16RC to your Rediker account.
